The goals of CreditLine Technical Support (CTS) are:
- Provide clients with expert customer service
- Provide services that are low cost and high quality
- Provide an alternative to email and or dealer support
CTS provides basic telephone technical suport for CreditLine/911 customers
as a pay-per-incident
solution at a rate of $2.00 per minute. A yearly support service contract will also be offered.
Re-License: $300.00 per merchant account
New License: $795.00 per merchant account
CTS call center business hours: 9:00 am - 10:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday-Friday
Before contacting CTS you will need the ability to allow for remote PC access via the internet and a payment method.
